This class is a more intermediate one for anybody who has done some painting and wants to move beyond the basics.

We will learn how to create more complicated palettes, how to use line and texture, and we will explore different types of acrylic paint and mediums.

Every week of this 6-week adult class in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, we will find inspiration in the work of various artists from art history and contemporary art like Cezanne, Van Gogh, Matthew Wong and Frida Kahlo.

Cost: $300 includes canvases and paper, brushes and palettes. Participants are expected to buy their own paint.
