This is the class for anybody who is new (or newish) to painting and wants to learn painting basics and for those people who are returning to painting and want help getting their painting muscles working again.

Every week of this 6-week adult class in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, will focus on one one element of painting and every week we will find inspiration in the work of various artists from art history and contemporary art. Each week there is a different focus, including color relationships, compositions, color harmonies and brushwork.

This is the perfect class for a beginner or for a painter who is still learning the foundations of painting.
