Thursday, August 1st - Still Life Painting for Beginners

from $0.00

(Included in the Summer Class Pass)

Still life painting is one of the classic genres of painting, done by all the greats in most of the art movements because still life painting provides the opportunity to explore color, shadows, mood and composition. And what’s even better is that the simple shapes of a still life make it the perfect thing to paint when you are just getting started. What’s not to love?

This is your chance to paint traditional still life objects like candles, fruit and bottles while hanging out with other creative people and learning a new creative skill. This is the perfect class for anybody who hasn’t held a brush since grade school but it is also perfect for any painters who want an excuse to return to the basics while painting with others.
